Ziggysathome.com will accept unused items with receipt, order number, and original packaging for exchange or store credit. We are unable to refund freight charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the Buyer. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. All special orders and sale items are final sale.
