Shipping Policy

Ziggy’s At Home uses Canada Post as our primary method of shipping. When available, we use regular post or expedited service with tracking and guaranteed delivery dates. You can track your package online at or over the phone at 1-866-607-6301. You will receive a tracking number via email after we ship your package.
We may have to send oversize packages with an alternate courier. Additional shipping charges apply. We will email you with the total charges before we charge your credit card. Charges will vary with dimensions and shipping location.
If you would like your order to have a rush delivery we will do our best, but extra charges will apply. Contact us for further information.
We process and ship orders within 3 business days of receipt. If, for any reason, there is a delay in shipping the items you have ordered, we will notify you immediately. Some products, such as furniture and artwork, are not always stocked and we will need up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
We are currently offering free local delivery for orders over $100 and $7 flat rate local delivery for orders under $100 in Toronto, ON and York Region.* For all orders outside of our Toronto/York Region delivery area, including Scarborough, Vaughan, Mississauga, etc. Canada Post shipping rates apply. *Flat rate shipping does not apply to oversized items or furniture.

Currency & Applicable Taxes

All sales taxes are based on the location to which the order is being shipped and are the responsibility of the customer. US customers are responsible for any applicable brokerage and duty on shipments to the US.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please call or email customer service at within 14 days of receipt. will accept unused items with receipt, order number, and original packaging for exchange or store credit. We are unable to refund freight charges.  Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the Buyer. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. All special orders and sale items are final sale. Only manufacturer's warranty to apply. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect merchandise; no claims accepted after delivery, other than manufacturer’s warranty. We retain title to merchandise until it has been delivered and paid in full. Delivery dates on special orders are approximate and are subject to contingencies beyond the seller’s control. There are no warranties or guarantees against normal wear and tear. Buyer acknowledges that this contract constitutes the entire contract and that there are no representations, warranties, guarantees, or conditions expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, other than those contained herein.
