Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please call or email customer service at customerservice@ziggysathome.com within 14 days of receipt or pickup notification. Ziggysathome.com will accept unused items with receipt, order number, and original packaging for exchange or store credit. We are unable to refund freight charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the Buyer. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. All special orders and sale items are final sale. Only manufacturer's warranty to apply. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect merchandise; no claims accepted after delivery, other than manufacturer’s warranty. We retain title to merchandise until it has been delivered and paid in full. Delivery dates on special orders are approximate and are subject to contingencies beyond the seller’s control. There are no warranties or guarantees against normal wear and tear.
