In 2005, Toronto’s Little Italy District welcomed new neighbour Ziggy’s At Home to 794 College Street.

Home furnishings may be new to the block, but the name Ziggy has a long and storied history in this space. For over 50 years, the store was home to Fass Leather Goods - owned and operated by Zelig Fass. Zelig, affectionately known as 'Ziggy', welcomed friends, family, and customers into his leather goods store - seven days a week - for a suitcase, a joke, a coffee, or maybe even a little touch of something stronger! Known as a character, Ziggy was an institution on College. Sadly, he passed away at age 90, but his legacy lives on in his granddaughter, Julie Fass and Ziggy’s At Home.
